There are a couple of outbuildings, one that is very strong and sturdy and could be used for various purposes, the other building on the other hand perhaps needs repairing or maybe even removing to make the garden near the house a bit bigger or extend the parking area.

The cottage is next to what was the old railway line but is now used as a green lane for hiking and horse riding, this lane runs parallel to the garden, which itself resembles an unused railway track.
