This pretty lake has been stocked with trout. Well maintained, it has a small lockable cabin,amongst the oak trees with a boat, for a quiet afternoon's fishing amongst the water lilies and the dragonflies. The field leading from the lane to the lake is grassed, and a horse has been kept on it. Hay is taken off it every year.

The land and lake are regularly maintained by a local man and this can continue if required when it's sold.
